Crud!

Just learned that the anxiety I had about my car safety inspection was well founded - too well founded.

I have no idea how I'm going to be able to pay for all the repairs that need to happen to get it to pass. And I've got to scramble to find a ride to work for at least Monday-Wednesday because I can't get the car in before Wednesday (or Tuesday night) and it's illegal to drive that car right now.

The mechanic who is going to do the repair gave me a card that states I have an appointment to take care of the repairs, but I just don't feel comfortable taking the risk of being ticketed anyway.

*trying hard to cry due to being so frustrated and worried and upset about the cost*
