I wanted to do some sit-ups or crunches, but when I laid down I had a bad case of vertigo. Then I made the mistake of trying to do them anyway only for the vertigo to get worse! ):

I hope this doesn't mean I need to get back to the doctor. ):

ETA: And here I am still feeling the yucky vertigo feeling, but only without the dizziness. ):
